We understand that this is your first time, and the idea of being photographed all day can feel overwhelming. But beyond just preparing you, our role as destination wedding photographers is to turn every moment into a ritual—one that feels intentional, immersive, and true to you.

We’ll walk you through it, explain, advise, and prepare you—so that when the moment comes, your photos are not just beautiful, but a reflection of everything you lived and felt, beyond anything you ever imagined.

  • What is a second photographer for?
    A second photographer offers an additional perspective and allows us to be in more than one place at once—ideal for capturing the groom’s prep, cocktail hour, or decor details while we’re with you.
  • Do you recommend doing the pre-wedding session?
    It’s optional, but we highly recommend it. It helps you feel comfortable in front of the camera, gives us time to connect, and becomes an unforgettable memory of your journey together. If it’s not included in your plan, consider adding it—it’s a gift from you to you.
  • When do we go over all the final wedding details?
    Around 10 to 15 days before your wedding, we’ll have a relaxed final meeting to go over everything—from your dreams and must-have moments to things you’d rather avoid. We’ll talk about your timeline, key people, and everything needed to make sure your photos reflect what matters most.
  • Can we pay with a credit card?
    Yes, we offer credit card payments. Please note this method carries a 6% administrative fee.
  • What if our wedding is outside Medellín or Rionegro?
    This collection is designed for weddings in Medellín or Rionegro. If your celebration is somewhere else, just let us know and we’ll send you our destination wedding options.
  • Do you offer long-term backup options?
    Yes, we offer a LIFETIME BACKUP. In addition to your digital gallery, we store all your images privately and securely so you can access them anytime via link or mobile app.
  • Can we meet before making a decision?
    Of course! We recommend a video call or in-person meeting to connect, resolve any questions, and make sure our work resonates with your expectations.
  • What happens once we decide to move forward?
    How about a quick call to celebrate? Then we’ll formalize everything with the deposit and contract. From that moment on, Naty will be there for you every step of the way—helping you with the timeline and organizing everything from your getting-ready to your pre-wedding session.
  • What if the wedding runs late due to delays?
    We’re flexible. If things go off schedule due to unexpected circumstances, we’ll adapt to make sure no memory is left behind.
  • Do you offer videography?
    We don’t offer video because we believe in specialization. However, we’re happy to recommend talented videographers whose work complements ours beautifully.
  • Do you have a backup plan in case something goes wrong?
    Yes. We always carry backup equipment and have preventive measures in place. Your peace of mind is a top priority for us.
  • How do you help us with the getting-ready schedule?
    With years of experience and over 400 weddings behind us, we know how to make this part of the day feel calm and meaningful. Naty will guide you through the timing and flow so you can be fully present.
  • How many photos will we receive and how are they edited?
    How many photos will we receive and how are they edited? The number of photos depends on the plan you choose (roughly 60 per contracted hour). All images are carefully and consistently edited in our signature style—elegant, intentional, and timeless.
  • What’s the booking process?
    To reserve your date, we ask for a 50% deposit of the selected collection. The remaining balance is due at least one week before the wedding, payable via bank transfer or in cash.
  • Who will be our photographers?
    Always us—Naty & Santi. We don’t outsource our work. Only if you hire a second photographer. What you see in our portfolio is exactly what you'll get: a fully personal, consistent, and tailored experience.
  • Do you speak English?
    We do! We’re comfortable handling your entire wedding in English.
  • When should we decide on prints or a wedding album?
    You can reserve your album when signing your contract (and lock in the price), then take up to a year post-wedding to select your images and begin design. You can also request an album at any later point—just ask us for updated rates.
  • Can we personalize our plan?
    Absolutely. That’s what our Add-Ons are for. Let us know what you'd like to include or adjust, and we’ll help you build something that’s fully aligned with your vision.
  • How will we receive our photos and when?
    You’ll receive your full gallery in about one month. It’ll be delivered through a private online gallery, available for one year. Some plans may include fast delivery.
  • How far in advance should we book?
    You can reserve your date up to a year in advance, but everything depends on availability. The sooner you book, the more likely it is that your dream date will be secured.
  • ¿Cuándo debemos decidir sobre las impresiones o libro fotográfico?
    Pueden reservar el libro con su contrato inicial (conservando así su valor), y tendrán hasta un año tras la boda para seleccionar fotos e iniciar el diseño. También pueden solicitar el libro en cualquier momento posterior, cuando quieran hacerlo nos solicitan las tarifas del momento.
  • ¿Cómo nos ayudan con el cronograma de la preparación?
    Con años de experiencia y más de 400 bodas realizadas, sabemos que hay momentos especiales durante la preparación que requieren planificación cuidadosa para disfrutarlos plenamente y con calma. Por eso, Naty los acompañará guiándolos en estos momentos únicos y organizando los tiempos ideales para vivirlos con tranquilidad y disfrute.
  • ¿Cuál es el proceso para reservar nuestra fecha?
    Para reservar la fecha solicitamos un primer pago del 50% del valor del plan elegido. El saldo restante se debe cancelar máximo una semana antes de la boda, mediante transferencia bancaria o efectivo.
  • ¿Ofrecen opciones para guardar nuestras fotografías a largo plazo?
    Si, tenemos BACKUP LIFETIME. Además de la galería virtual en que les entregamos inicialmente, ofrecemos un almacenamiento privado vitalicio, donde respaldamos todas sus fotografías de la boda (y otros días que hayan contratado con nosotros). Podrán acceder desde cualquier dispositivo mediante enlace o app móvil.
  • ¿Ofrecen servicio de video?
    No ofrecemos video, ya que creemos firmemente en la especialización. Podemos recomendarles videógrafos que complementan nuestro trabajo y se alinean con nuestra calidad y estilo.
  • ¿Quiénes serán los fotógrafos de nuestro matrimonio?
    Siempre seremos nosotros directamente, Naty y Santi. En Dos para Dos no delegamos nuestro trabajo a terceros, asegurando así una experiencia personalizada, consistente y alineada con lo que ven en nuestro portafolio.
  • ¿Cuántas fotografías recibiremos y cómo será la edición?
    La cantidad de fotos entregadas depende del plan elegido (aproximadamente 60 fotos por hora contratada). Todas nuestras fotos llevan una edición cuidadosa, consistente con nuestro estilo propio, elegante y atemporal, diseñado especialmente por nosotros.
  • ¿Podemos pagar con tarjeta de crédito?
    Sí, ofrecemos la opción de pago con tarjeta de crédito, que implica un incremento del 6% sobre el valor total pagado por esta vía, debido a costos administrativos.
  • ¿Cómo recibiremos nuestras fotos y en qué plazo?
    La entrega completa se realiza aproximadamente en un mes a través de esta misma galería, disponible durante un año (según el plan podrían tener fast delivery). Existe la opción de contratar el Add-on "fast delivery" para recibir tus fotos en menos de 5 días.
  • ¿Podemos personalizar nuestro plan?
    Por supuesto, para eso están todos los Add On. Si quieren algo diferente, cuéntennos qué desean o qué les gustaría ajustar y encontraremos juntos la mejor solución para ustedes. Queremos que nuestro servicio se ajuste a sus necesidades, haciendo su experiencia única y personalizada.
  • ¿Tienen un plan de respaldo ante inconvenientes?
    Por supuesto. Siempre contamos con equipos de respaldo y medidas preventivas ante cualquier eventualidad técnica o imprevisto. Su tranquilidad es nuestra prioridad.
  • ¿Podemos reunirnos antes de decidir contratarlos?
    ¡Claro que sí! Recomendamos mucho tener una videollamada o reunión presencial para resolver dudas, conocernos mejor y asegurar que nuestra propuesta se ajuste perfectamente a sus expectativas.
  • ¿Qué pasa si mi boda es fuera de Medellín o Rionegro?
    Este plan está diseñado para realizarse en Medellín o Rionegro. Si su boda es en otra ciudad o destino, escríbannos y les compartiremos los planes especiales para bodas fuera de base.
  • ¿Qué es el segundo fotógrafo?
    Además de tener una segunda mirada que complementa la historia, tener un segundo fotógrafo nos permite estar en otros espacios en simultáneo donde no podemos estar nosotros. Es ideal para la preparación del novio, decoración, coctel (mientras la sesión de novios).
  • ¿Con cuánta anterioridad debemos reservar?
    Podemos agendar fechas con hasta un año de antelación, pero todo depende de la disponibilidad. Entre antes reserven, mejor asegurada estará su fecha ideal.
  • ¿Es recomendable hacer la sesión de novios previa?
    Esta sesión es opcional, pero altamente recomendada. Hacerla les brinda confianza ante la cámara, permite crear cercanía con nosotros, tendrán un recuerdo increíble de lo que disfrutan hoy como novios y, además, ¡es muy divertido! Si su plan no la incluye, por favor, súmenla como adición; será un gran regalo de ustedes para ustedes.
  • ¿Cuándo definimos todos los detalles y les contamos todo sobre la boda?
    Entre 10 y 15 días antes de la boda tendremos una reunión tranquila y cercana, en la que compartiremos ejemplos de momentos especiales, escucharemos todos sus deseos y sueños (y también aquello que prefieren evitar), hablaremos de las personas y momentos más importantes para ustedes, y revisaremos juntos cada momento del cronograma en función de las fotos, dándoles consejos y recomendaciones para que el disfruten más su día.
  • ¿Hablan inglés?
    We do speak English! We can handle a complete wedding entirely in English.
  • ¿Qué ocurre una vez que decidimos contratarlos?
    ¿Qué tal si nos llaman y nos cuentan para que celebremos juntos? Luego pasamos a lo formal: hacemos el pago inicial y la firma del contrato. Desde ese instante, Naty los guiará en cada detalle: desde la organización del cronograma hasta sesiones especiales como la preparación o sesión de novios.
  • ¿Qué pasa si la boda dura más por un imprevisto?
    Buscamos ser flexibles y acompañarlos en los tiempos acordados. Si ocurre un retraso por causas externas o imprevistos, seremos flexibles para asegurar que tengan todos sus recuerdos.
